What is "three electric system" and "electric drive system"?
Under the simple popularization, the well-known three-electric system, namely the power battery (referred to as the battery), the drive motor (referred to as the motor), and the motor controller (referred to as the electronic control), have also become the three major components, which together account for about new energy vehicles. More than 70% of the total cost is the core component that determines the performance of the vehicle.
Electric drive system, we generally simply refer to the motor, electric control, and reducer as the electric drive system.
But strictly speaking, according to the Jinjing Electric Prospectus, the electric drive system includes three assemblies: the drive motor assembly (which converts the electrical energy of the power battery into rotating mechanical energy, which is the source of output power), and the controller assembly (Based on the hardware and software design of power semiconductors, real-time control of the working state of the drive motor, and continue to enrich other control functions), transmission assembly (reduce the output speed and increase the output torque through the gear set to ensure that the electric drive system continues to operate in a high-efficiency range).
