The CNC system of a machining center is a complex and sophisticated system, which consists of multiple key parts to ensure efficient, precise and reliable machining operations. The components of the CNC system of the machining center mainly include: computer numerical control device, programmable controller, input/output device (I/O device), CNC machining program, spindle drive device, feed drive device, detection feedback system, etc.
The CNC system of a machining center is a complex and sophisticated system, which consists of multiple key parts to ensure efficient, precise and reliable machining operations. The components of the CNC system of the machining center mainly include: computer numerical control device, programmable controller, input/output device (I/O device), CNC machining program, spindle drive device, feed drive device, detection feedback system, etc.
1. Computer numerical control device (NC device). NC device is the core of CNC machine tools to realize automatic processing, mainly composed of computer system, position control board, PLC interface board, communication interface board, special function module and corresponding control software.
2. Programmable controller (PLC device). It is an electronic system for digital operation, specially designed for application in industrial environment. It uses a type of programmable memory for its internal storage program, the implementation of logical operations, sequence control, timing, counting and arithmetic operations and other user-oriented instructions, and through digital or analog input/output control of various types of machinery or production process.

3. Input/output devices (I/O devices). Collect external signal status/control external actuator device.
4. NC machining program. According to the requirements of the preparation of the workpiece, the NC system can handle the NC machining program.
5. Spindle and feed shaft motor (servo motor)/drive device. Connect the mechanical actuator to drive its action.
6. Detection feedback device (encoder/grating ruler). The driving mechanism can be tracked and corrected at any time according to the detected position information.

These components cooperate with each other to form a complete CNC system of the machining center to realize the automation and precision processing of the machining center.
